Recently, Pan Xingxing (Secretary of the Party Committee and President of FQII) led a delegation of six people to visit several industry-leading enterprises, including Xiamen Jomoo and Xiamen Lota.The purpose of the visit was to gain an in-depth understanding of corporate needs and advance strategic cooperation.
The discussions focused on the technical difficulties and compliance challenges encountered by enterprises in new product development, quality control, and international market expansion, with the aim of providing targeted support to enhance their quality standards and global market expansion. During the visit, Pan Xingxing and the delegation toured corporate R&D centers and production lines to gain detailed insights into the practical needs of enterprises in product testing, standards alignment, and export certification. Leveraging the FQII’s advantages in testing technology, talents, and services, they proposed a comprehensive collaboration framework across seven key areas: co-building high-end innovation platforms, optimizing services to enhance cooperation efficiency, leading with standards to align with international frontiers, fostering talent development to promote resource sharing, utilizing certification to build brand value, promoting reliability testing through forward-looking planning, and driving industrial upgrading through joint research. The principals of the enterprises expressed high recognition of the proposed collaboration framework, noting that it addresses critical development needs and accurately aligns with the core demands of their industrial upgrading and global expansion path. They believe this will provide robust support for breaking through technical barriers and successfully entering international markets.
This visit represents a significant step in the FQII’s efforts to establish a systematic key account service mechanism and upgrade its service model from "responding to demands" to "proactive empowerment." Moving forward, FQII will accelerate the establishment of a long-term, customer-centered service mechanism. Through customized solutions, regular communication channels, and efficient response processes, it will continuously improve service quality, achieve the service goal of "satisfying customers and helping clients succeed," and provide sustained, reliable technical support for the high-quality development and global expansion of the sanitary ware industry in Fujian.
