Recently, FQII received a proficiency testing result report from China NIL Research Co., Ltd. for Proficiency Testing that the detection capability verification results of “NIL PT-4169 Determination of Si, Fe, Cu, Cr, Ti and Zn Contents in Aluminum Alloy by Spark Source Atomic Emission Spectrometry (International Comparison)” and “NIL PT-4363 Determination of Formaldehyde (Aqueous Agent) in Air (Spectrophotometry Only)” participated in by FQII were “satisfactory”.
Chemical components are key factors that determine properties of materials, and in order to obtain good extrusion properties, excellent surface treatment properties, suitable mechanical properties and satisfactory surface quality and appearance decoration effects, chemical components in alloys must be strictly controlled. Indoor formaldehyde detection can ensure the indoor air quality to prevent formaldehyde pollution from causing harm to family members, and can also provide a basis and an improvement direction for decoration, to ensure that the decoration process and results meet environmental protection requirements.
Next, FQII will continue to strengthen personnel training and skill improvement, play a good “technical card”, be a good “goalkeeper” of metal material product quality safety and promote the overall technical ability of the laboratory to a new level.
