Recently, in order to respond to the 2022 national "Quality Month" activity deployment, Jiang Fengling, a food technology expert from FQII, was invited to Fuzhou Administration for Market Regulation to carry out the training on edible oil production and safety supervision for supervisors in Fuzhou. More than 170 people attended the training online and offline.

    Jiang mainly expounded the existing problems of edible oil adulteration and illegal use of additives, analyzed the reasons of nonconformity and put forward feasible suggestions. At the same time, she explained the new standard of GB/T 40851-2021 “Blended edible oil", including the edible oil-related knowledge, laws and regulations, requirements, and plenty of real cases. After the training, she also answered questions in a one-on-one way with conferees in the area of daily enforcement inspections of edible oil.

    This content of the training is rich, detailed and highly targeted, which greatly enhance the technical level of food safety supervision in Fuzhou.
