In order to further deepen the understanding of CB work, especially the report preparation requirements, make full use of information resources of IEC System of Conformity Assessment Schemes for Electrotechnical Equipment and Components (IECEE) website platform, The Electrical Products Testing Department of FQII recently held the first CB international certification special training. Nearly 20 middle level cadres above office directors, inspection technicians and report preparation and audit personnel participated in the training. 

    This special training mainly involves three contents. Firstly, the functions use ,information resources and retrieval and use methods of IECEE website were introduced, so as to improve rate of utilization of IECEE websites; secondly, the existing CB qualification and capabilities of FQII were introduces comprehensively, the problems and deficiencies in the current CB work were analyzed, and the countermeasures to improve CB work were discussed in depth; thirdly, the typical report of IEC60947-2J circuit-breaker products was taken as an example to deeply interpret the special requirements of the OD-2020 operation document” TRF - Development, maintenance and use” in terms of structure composition, filling guidelines, test instructions ,etc., and an on-site discussion was conducted on the technical issues of CB report preparation.

    This special training further deepened the technical understanding of CB work, effectively solved the technical problems in preparation of CB report, and reached a consensus on relevant details, which will help to the continuous improvement of the quality of CB work in FQII.
