Recently, a group of 4 laboratory evaluation experts appointed by Fujian Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau conducted a 2-day CMA qualification evaluation on the expansion project of the Food Department of FQII

    The qualification accreditation (newly added inspection and testing capabilities) of the Food Department applied for this time involves 20 categories of food with 381 parameters, and 12 categories of non-food items with 51 parameters.

    Among them, the antibacterial coating performance and the antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli were applied for the first time, which further improved the testing ability of FQII in the field of antifungal and antibacterial properties.

    During the 2-day evaluation, the experts evaluated the Food Department through on-site tests, verification of equipment configuration, access to original records and inspection reports, and on-site questions and exchanges.

    The evaluation expert group unanimously believed that the laboratory system of the Food Department was operating normally and effectively, thereby meeting the requirements of the evaluation criteria.
