Recently, the International Electrotechnical Commission System of Conformity Assessment Schemes for Electrotechnical Equipment and Components (IECEE) designated a proficiency testing institution, that is, Australian IFM, to issue the proficiency testing analysis report, and the Electrical Products Testing Department of FQII participated in the "IP code (IP X4, X5, 4X and 5X)" international proficiency testing project and achieved excellent results.
The IP code system drafted by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is an important parameter for evaluating the safety protection of low-voltage electrical appliances, and also an important test item for low-voltage electrical appliances. Different protection codes correspond to different test requirements. The higher the number of the code is, the more difficult the test is, and the higher the technical level it reflects.
To organize international proficiency testing of the IP code and accurately reflect the comprehensive detection technology level, FQII makes overall arrangement on the technology strength, deeply researches the operation instruction, analyzes to set up the comprehensive test plans, and repeatedly deliberates difficult problems in the test. Eventually, FQII achieved “excellent” results in 11 comparison data of the project with high technical strength.
