On October 28, Electromechanical Products Testing Department of FQII sent electrical experts to actively participate in the technical activities on product quality for the electronic rolling shutter motor industry. The event was held by Longwen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation. We provided professional technical help, guidance and answers for supervisors from the local market supervision bureau and product quality leaders from manufacturing enterprises.

    The product quality and safety risk testing results as well as the existing main problems of the 2021 Longwen District electronic rolling shutter motor were firstly announced in the event. After that, our motor expert Mr. Xu Guochang answered every focus and challenging question in the production process regarding product quality management, product technical standards, the correspondence between product identification requirements and the major accessories’ parameters of outsourced motors, safety control on production, inspection and product quality, and other hot topics that have been closely focused by the different enterprises. Mr. Xu Guochang also provided analysis on the possible existence of a variety of safety risk issues for enterprise product quality, and offered corresponding solutions and suggestions. At the end, all participants went to Zhangzhou City Zhengneng Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. to listen to the live experience shared by FQII’s motor experts, who provided on-site assistance, guidance and demonstration to Zhangzhou City Jinshang Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd.
