Recently, the National Quality Inspection and Testing Center for Processed Food of FQII sent three technicians to Haixin Foods Co., Ltd., to carry out technical assistance and exchange activities.

    Haixin Foods Co., Ltd. is located in Jinshan Industrial Concentration Area, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. Our technical personnel first came to the laboratory of "National Processing Technology and R&D Sub-Center for Surimi Products " to understand the basic situation of its daily testing and R&D, and to analyze and discuss the rationality and feasibility of the relevant inspection procedures formulated by Haixin Foods Co., Ltd. After that, our technical personnel gave answers to the problems raised by the experimental staff of Haixin Foods Co., Ltd., such as low fat detection results in the test process and details of the examination and determination of microbial pathogens, and provided guidance on how to control the test process to ensure the accuracy of the test results.

    Through this exchange activity, our technical staff had a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of Haixin Foods Co., Ltd.'s inspection requirements, which laid a good foundation for us to better serve the enterprise in the future.
