Technical experts from FQII were invited to teach the "2021 Sanming Municipal High-quality Farmers (Tea Production and Business) Training Class"

    Recently, technical experts from FQII were invited to teach the "2021 Sanming Municipal High-quality Farmers (Tea Production and Business) Training Class", providing technical support for tea farmers and tea enterprises in tea production.

    The training class was sponsored by Sanming Agriculture and Rural Bureau and undertaken by Fujian Frontline Vocational Training School. Food technology experts of FQII Huang Binhong, Li Yu were both invited to teach this class. Huang Binhong mainly interpreted National Standard for Food Safety – The Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Food (GB 2763-2021), focusing on the comparison of pesticide varieties and limits in the 2021 and 2019 versions of GB 2763. Li Yu explained GB 7718-2011 National Standard for Food Safety – General Rules for Labeling of Pre-packaged Food, GB 28050-2011 National Standard for Food Safety – General Rules for Nutrition Labeling of Pre-packaged Food and other standards related to the labeling of pre-packaged tea, focusing on analyzing some common errors and precautions in tea labels, and answer questions from the scene.

    This activity, can not only enable us to understand the latest tea production trends and testing needs, but also provide a window for tea farmers and tea enterprises to understand FQII, which is conducive to the follow-up discussion on tea testing and quality improvement.
