In order to improve the comprehensive skills of employees and build a high-quality staff team, the Electrical Products Testing Department of FQII has recently organized a series of training to improve the comprehensive skills of employees. The training covers three aspects: national standard version replacement, basic knowledge of CB scheme and IEC standard, and laboratory safety management.

    First, training for the replacement of GB/T 14048.2-2020, GB/T 14048.4-2020, GB/T 15576-2020, GB/T 7251.8-2020 and other new standards was carried out, and the differences between the new and old standards and the supplementary test items needed for the replacement of the standard were deeply discussed. The technicians put forward their own opinions on the test scheme, and unified the understanding of the standard method, so as to prepare for a new round of standard version replacement work, and lay a foundation for enterprises to provide good version replacement testing technology services. Second, CB knowledge training was organized, including CB basic knowledge, IEC standard coverage, current recognized scope of the Electrical Products Testing Department and standards to be expanded, IEC website operation knowledge, OD2020 TRF compilation guide training. At the training meeting, the inspection technicians also had a heated discussion on the standard content and detection methods. Third, laboratory safety management training was conducted, including CNAS - CL01 - A003, electrical hazards and protective measures on fire control safety knowledge, electrical laboratory, storage security training, forklift truck operation safety training, special training for the safety of hazardous chemical materials, and the safety management of the file of FQII and the Department, to further enhance the consciousness of the employees safety test, and  lay a good foundation for future work.

    This series of training has effectively improved the professional skills and comprehensive quality of employees, enhanced their awareness of safety prevention, promoted their harvest and growth in learning, and injected new vitality into the development of quality inspection.
