The new standard version replacement work of low-voltage ASSEMBLY standard GB/T 15576-2020 Low-voltage reactive power compensation assemblies and GB/T 7251.8-2020 Low-voltage switchgear and control gear assemblies - Part 8: General technical requirements for intelligent assembly has officially started on June 1. In recent days, in order to ensure the smooth development of the version replacement work for enterprises, the Electrical Products Testing Department of FQII  quickly deployed, overcame the difficulties of heavy task of simultaneous housing distribution detection, shortage of manpower and other difficulties, coordinated the dispatching of technical forces, and took many measures to help the version replacement work to carry out in an all-round way.

    One is to reserve the technical knowledge for version replacement. FQII selects technical experts to participate in the low-voltage ASSEMBLY certification and testing technology seminar held by China Quality Certification Center, master the technical differences between the new and old standards in the first time, and form a consistent solution to the new standard and the technical problems found in the recent certification and testing process. After the seminar, the Electrical Products Testing Department will announce and implement the content of the seminar immediately to ensure that the process of version replacement and testing technology requirements are quickly mastered. Second is to unblock channels and provide targeted assistance. At the request of enterprises, a WeChat group named "exchanging of ASSEMBLY standard version replacement technology" was established, which was dedicated to answering the difficult problems encountered by enterprises in the preparation process of version replacement, especially some common problems, sharing the required information files and operation process of version replacement, and knowing and responding to the requirements of enterprises for product standard version replacement. The establishment of the group has played a real help to guide the enterprise to replace the version in an orderly way, and has been praised by the majority of ASSEMBLY enterprises. Third is to provide door-to-door services to solve practical problems. Considering the particularity of large volume and heavy weight of low-voltage ASSEMBLY, technical experts were selected and sent to ASSEMBLY manufacturing enterprises with many version replacement certificates and diversified products for many times to guide the establishment of version replacement schemes and prototype production on site. Problems that may be encountered in the process of version replacement were foreseen in advance and properly solved before the enterprise submitted for inspection.
